Science-backed GLP-1 tracking, built for real life

Shotsy was born from lived experience and built on data science, so you can see patterns, understand your progress, and feel more confident in your care.

Our science-based approach

Shotsy is designed to make patient-generated GLP-1 tracking data easier to review, discuss, and use in care conversations. Our approach is guided by three principles:

Make clinically useful patterns visible

GLP-1 treatment can involve dose changes, missed injections, side effects, appetite shifts, and weight trends. Shotsy organizes those details into a clearer timeline, so patients and care teams can see what changed and what may be worth discussing.

Respect the patient-provider relationship

Shotsy does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional judgment. It helps patients keep a better record and gives providers more context for shared decision-making, adherence questions, side effect review, and follow-up planning.

Build digital health tools responsibly

Health data tools should be understandable, privacy-conscious, and clear about their limits. Our goal is to reduce recall burden and improve conversations without creating alarm or adding noise to care.

Why GLP-1 tracking needs better data

GLP-1 medications can involve weekly injections, titration schedules, missed or delayed doses, medication switches, side effects, changing appetite, and long-term progress that is not always obvious week to week.

Memory alone is a poor interface for that much information.

Shotsy is designed to turn everyday tracking into structured, reviewable data, including:

  • Injection history and timing
  • Medication and dose changes
  • Side effect logs
  • Weight, BMI, and progress trends
  • Estimated medication levels
  • Injection site rotation
  • PDF exports for appointments
Shotsy Summary screen showing dose history, estimated medication levels, and next dose timing

Important: This information is not a diagnosis; it is context. Our goal is to make it easier for patients and clinicians to notice patterns and have better conversations.

What Shotsy is

  • A science-backed companion for GLP-1 treatment
  • Built by people who have been there
  • Designed to help you understand your patterns
  • Made to support better conversations with your care team

What Shotsy is not

  • A replacement for professional medical advice
  • A telehealth or prescription service
