“I started using this when I started Zepbound to track my shots and weight loss journey. I use it every week so that I can vary my shot site and so that I can remember my overall trend. Even though I weigh myself every couple days, it’s important so see the graph over time to remember that this is a long term journey. Really great for beginners! My only criticism is that I wish it had something other than bananas for the loss comparison at the end! I also think it’d be great to add a “dose” translator from mls to units for people who transition from brand name to compound, and for syringes that measure in units instead of mls.”
